Bids are requested for electrical services. Bids must be electronically uploaded; no physical bids will be received, opened, or honored. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure timely delivery of the bid package. Bid proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, not to exceed twenty thousand dollars ($20,000), made payable to the City of Englewood. A copy of the bid guarantee must be included with the electronic submission, with the original mailed to the Municipal Clerk's office prior to bid opening. Contract documents can be obtained from the bid platform. Bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Bid results will be posted on BidNet Direct within 24 hours of the bid opening.
