The work must be completed before the arrival of snowstorms. Start date of work: 19 November 2025 End date of work (acceptance with reservation): 19 December 2025 End date of work (acceptance without reservation): 16 January 2026 Tender guarantee (type and amount): 10% of the total tender amount excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of a surety bond issued by a financial institution. Performance bond: - Performance bond equal to 50% of the contract amount in the form of a surety bond issued by a financial institution. - Bond for labor and materials equal to 50% of the contract amount in the form of a surety bond issued by a financial institution.
