Reference number: 20095380 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-10-06 Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 10 The CONTRACTOR will install four condensers to supply 16 evaporators (one condenser for every four evaporators). The evaporators will be installed in each of the following rooms: 105, 106, 109, 110, 111, 112, 113, 114, 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 209 and 210. The four condensers will be installed on the roof of the building, in the locations indicated on the plans. All condensers and evaporators must be of the same brand. In addition, the PUBLIC BODY reserves the right to purchase one (1) additional condenser (installed on the roof of the building at the location indicated on the plans) and four optional evaporators. The evaporators would be installed in the following rooms: 103, 104, 211 and 212. All condensers and evaporators must be of the same brand. Each evaporator must have a minimum capacity of 18,000 BTU, with a maximum noise level of 35 dB. If gravity is insufficient, drainage by a condensation pump must be provided. Work may commence on 25 June 2026. The units must be fully operational and all work must be completed by 14 August 2026 at the latest.
