Description

Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Norfolk, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade fire / police facility.

Furnishing labor, tools, materials, and equipment required for the construction of a new firehouse to be located at 20 Shepard Road in Norfolk, Connecticut. The following bid packages are being rebid: BP 1.16 Electrical and BP 1.17 Fire Alarm / Communications. THIS CONTRACT IS SUBJECT TO STATE SET-ASIDE AND CONTRACT COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS. Minimum State Wage Rates are required under this contract. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond for not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids in whole or in part, to award any item, group of items, or total bid, and to waive any informality or technical defects if deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Norfolk. No bidder may withdraw their bid within ninety (90) days after the bid opening.
