Scope of Work: The General Scope of the Work Includes but is Not Limited to: The Project Scope Consists of a New Six-story Residence Hall Located at the Corner of Thach Avenue and Gay Street. The 180,000 Sf Building Will House Approximately 690 Beds, a Storm Shelter, Study Rooms, Laundry and Mail Facilities, as Well as a Large Green Space. The Exterior Materials Consist of Brick, Precast, Metal Panel and Curtainwall/storefront. Bonds: A Certified Check or Bid Bond Payable to Auburn University in an Amount Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Amount of the Bid, but in No Event More Than $10,000.00, Must Accompany the Bidder's Proposal.
