The work consists of the construction and testing of a new production well. Bidders must furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the completion of the project. The work must be completed in all respects within 90 calendar days from the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Bidders are required to submit documentation that the contractor has completed four projects of similar nature and scope within the last 10 years, including references for each project listed. Sealed bids are to be submitted with at least five percent (not to exceed $10,000) of the amount bid in the form of a certified or cashier's check or bid bond payable to the Auburn Water Works Board.
