This contract provides for the remodeling of the Vancouver City Hall Council Chambers. The project includes electrical and IT upgrades with owner-furnished equipment, casework, various architectural finishes, and other work, all in accordance with the attached contract plans, contract provisions, and the standard specifications. The contract work shall be physically complete within 70 working days from the notice to proceed. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
