**As of December 17, 2025, Volunteer Electrical, but the awarded amount is not yet available.** The scope of this project is to install sports lighting and other associated appurtenances for the athletic fields within forrest street park located near the intersection of forrest street park and griffin road in arlington, shelby county, tennessee. The project will consist of installation of sports lights, pole, wiring, and additional electrical enhancements. Any questions and/or requested product substitutions related to the bid documents must be submitted by 5:00 pm on october 14, 2025. Each bid must be submitted on forms provided in bid documents and either accompanied by a bid bond, properly executed on the form provided, or cashier's check drawn on a national or tennessee bank in the amount of 5% of the total bid price. The town of arlington shall reserve the right to reject any and all bids if said body deems it necessary in the best interest of the citizens of the town of arlington.
