Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Bartlett, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Bartlett Parks & Recreation Department is seeking bids to complete the sitework at Shadowlawn Park in accordance to the bid specifications. The sitework includes grading and installation of ADA concrete walkways and ADA parking spaces as outlined in the civil drawings. All bid packets (original and two copies) are to be labeled “FY2026-09-010 SHADOWLAWN PARK SITEWORK.” The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding process.
