Site work for a civil project in Bartlett, Tennessee. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This fund will implement upgrades in the Fletcher Creek Sewer System including: 1) Full design of a 1.5 MG Sewer Equalization Tank ($1,400,000.00 in FY26) 2) Full design of Sewer Gravity Upgrades for Future Developments ($2,500,000.00 in FY26) 3)Construction of a 1.5MG Sewer Equalization Tank ($8,000,000.00 in FY27) 4) Contruction (Phase 1) of Sewer Gravity Upgrades ($7,000,000.00 in FY27) 5) Construction (Phase 2) of Sewer Gravity Upgrades ($7,000,000.00 in FY28) As of October 7, 2025, this project is included in the City of Bartlett's FY 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and funding is allotted for construction in FY 2027 and FY 2028. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change. The content management team will continue to pursue additional details as they become available.
