Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Ithaca, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

The project generally consists of the installation of approximately 1100 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water main and associated appurtenances, along with other work specified and indicated in the Contract Documents. Sealed Bids for the 2025 Miscellaneous Water Main Replacement Project will be received by the Town of Ithaca at the Town Hall located at 215 North Tioga St, Ithaca, NY 14850 until 1:00 PM local time on October 17, 2025. The Bids received will be publicly opened and read. General requirements for bidders include: Bid Deposit Required, Certified Payroll, Insurance Required, Prevailing Wage Required. Bonding requirements are as follows: Bid Bond 5%, Performance Bond 100%, Payment Bond 100%. Bid submission is by physical submission only. Question Deadline 10/12/2025 at 3:00 PM ET
