Reference Number 0000400104 Purchase Type Duration: 5 years Option: 1 Additional Year The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to enter into a contract with a qualified vendor to obtain WAN Leased Fit Fiber Service & Internet for the University of Utah, on behalf of the Utah Education and Telehealth Network (UETN), and it's public and higher education, libraries, healthcare and state government constituents, hereafter referred to as the "University." Companies submitting proposals in response to this RFP will hereafter be referred to as "Vendor" or "Service Provider" of the University of Utah, hereafter referred to as the "University." The companies submitting proposals in response to this RFP will hereafter be referred to as "Vendor." The University is examining several alternatives of providing this WAN Leased Lit Fiber Ethernet Services & Internet Services (for both E-Rate eligible and non E-Rate eligible sites) and may decide, after reviewing proposals submitted, not to enter into any agreement.
