A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The project consists of replacing an existing aggregate surfaced parking lot with an asphalt surfaced parking lot including grading and pavement striping. The city of Pleasant Hill reserves the right to award the contract to the "lowest and best responsible bidder". The City further reserves the right to waive any irregularities in any or all bids, reserves the right to determine which is the most responsive, responsible bidder, and to reject approve the bids.
