Site work for a water / sewer project in Pleasant Hill, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Separate sealed bids are requested for the construction of the City Lake Waterline Extension in Pleasant Hill, Missouri. The project consists of the installation of 2,700 linear feet of 8-inch PVC waterline, including system and service connections, valves, fire hydrants, and related appurtenances. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security equal to 5% of the total bid amount. The work must be fully completed within 75 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Bidders must comply with the Missouri Prevailing Wage Law, immigration and e-verification of citizenship, OSHA safety training requirements, and all bonding, insurance, and certification requirements. Further instructions for bid delivery, bid opening, and procurement of contract documents are specified, and the city reserves rights regarding bid acceptance or rejection. Question Deadline 02/06/2026: If the question includes the equality or use of products or methods, it must be accompanied by Drawings, Specifications, and any other necessary data to allow the Engineer to make a decision regarding the equality of the product or methods The Engineer will consider such questions submitted in writing at least five (5) days prior to bid opening.
