Construction Manager at Risk Services (CM-at-Risk) (One Step Process) for the FBISD Bond 2023 Program BP023 Madden Foundation Repairs and Upgrades. Question Deadline 10/09/2025 at 3:00 PM CT The project consists of demolishing and replacing (approximately 71,000 SF) of the existing 5" slab-on-grade first floor from the original building. The work will also consist of replacing existing fill with proper select fill, providing new interior finishes at repair areas as necessary, installing millwork, replacing various HVAC equipment, plumbing upgrades, exterior utility and site work, and the possible relocation and installation of portable buildings. The existing floor plan shall be replaced without any changes to the building program. The work is to comply with the FBISD Educational Specifications, Facility Educational Standards and the current FBISD Technical Design Guidelines. Intent to Bid by Oct 21, 2025 2:00 PM CDT.
