Renovation of a residential development in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Bid Request Beneficial Investments LLC (Developer) is requesting bids from contractors for the rehabilitation of a single-family home in North Minneapolis. Please prepare a bid based upon the provided construction documents, plans, and specifications. Contractor is to provide pricing for the entire bid section scope, including all materials, labor, permits and equipment per project plans and specs. Email for complete instructions, requirements and bid package. Accepting bids for: Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Roofing, Radon, landscape Contractor is expected to complete the scope of work in a timely and professional manner and to provide excellent customer service. Beneficial Investments Llc will be selecting the lowest responsible bidder of whom they believe will complete all items on section scope in a timely, high quality and professional workmanship like manner. Contractor must be competent and able to perform scopes of work to the Developer's standards and work within the project schedule. Contractor must provide proof of general liability insurance and proof of workers' compensation insurance (or exemption certificate) for their company . Failure to provide documentation at time of award will result in rejection of submitted bid. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women-owned Business Enterprises (WBE) are encouraged to submit bids. There is a Small and Underutilized Business Program (SUBP) goal of 50% combined Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women-owned Business Enterprise (WBE). The project workforce goals are as follows: . 10% total project labor hours performed by females; . 40% total project hours performed by minorities. Awarded Contractors are expected to schedule staff that would help meet this goal.
