Remodeling of a conference / convention center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade conference / convention center.
Prospective suppliers are required to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary for Plumbing, Pipefitting, and Mechanical Services for the Convention Center in accordance with specifications, event line items, and all requested documents. All bids must be submitted electronically via the eSupplier Portal. Bidders are responsible for reviewing and acknowledging any addenda before bid submission. Basis of award will be up to three contracts to the overall low, responsive, responsible bidders meeting all specifications. Contractors must comply with minimum criteria as outlined in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3, and submit verification upon request. The City reserves the right to waive irregularities and clerical errors. Bidders must ensure compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, and prevailing wage requirements, as well as possessing required licenses, permits, and insurance. Time is of the essence for all work performed. The contract is initially for one year, with a possible renewal option.
