Demolition and site work for a multi-residential development in New Albany, Indiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade multi-residential development.
The work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials and performing all necessary and incidental work for Building Demolition and Site Clearance at Parkview Tower. This includes demolition planning, design, and engineering; demolition of the building, foundations, footings, slabs, sidewalks, parking areas, lights, dumpster pads, site walls, asphalt paved areas, closing and capping underground utilities, erosion control, grading, and site stabilization; removal of underground utilities and capping of utilities at mains; removal and disposal in an appropriate landfill of all demolished material and debris; and grading, seeding, erosion control, and site stabilization upon completion of all demolition and removal work. Instructions to bidders require attendance at a non-mandatory pre-bid conference or submission of company and contact information expressing interest in bidding. Proposals must be submitted in person or overnight mail, marked appropriately, and received by the specified deadline. Contractors and subcontractors must pay prevailing wage rates and provide a Payment and Performance Bond covering 100% of the contract cost. The New Albany Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any bid or waive any informalities or minor defects in the bidding process. Question Deadline 10/21/2025 at 5:00 PM ET
