Renovation of a municipal facility in New Albany, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 15,519-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.
Questions concerning the existing conditions and/or contract documents shall be directed to the following Project Manager only: Angie Kleer with LMH+MAR Architecture (akleer@lmharchitecture.com) The project consists of interior renovations and I.T. infrastructure (both site and building networks) to the Floyd County Government Center Building located at 120 W Spring St, New Albany, IN. Bids will be received for a General Contract (all trades). Qualified bidders may submit bids according to the Instructions to Bidders. Bid security equal to five percent of the bid amount must be submitted with each bid. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their trades and able to obtain the required insurance and bonds. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and insurance acceptable to the Owner will be required of the successful bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities and irregularities. Bidders are encouraged to attend a prebid meeting at the project site. Bidding documents are available for examination after registration at the architect's office or online planroom.
