All questions shall be submitted prior to the end of business on Friday August 29, 2025. The final addendum addressing all questions received will be issued no later than end of business on Tuesday September 2, 2025. All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the meeting. For all further requirements regarding Bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bid security, in a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the highest aggregate bid, shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Project includes furnishing and installation of the following work: 1. UV Disinfection System (Install Only) 2. Piping, channels, and gates 3. Electrical service 4. Site work, restoration, and improvements 5. System integration. Bids are requested for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis, with additive alternate bid items, if applicable, as indicated in the Bid Form. Question Deadline 09/03/2025
