Proposals are being requested for a contract to provide solid waste collection services for residential properties within Floyd County. Each proposal must be completed using the Indiana State Board of Accounts Contractors Proposal for Public Work Form 96, including acceptable bid security, proof of insurance, a signed affidavit of non-collusion, a statement of experience, the contractor's proposed plan for performing the contract, a list of available equipment for performance, and any other required items. Any proposal not accompanied by the required items will be deemed non-responsive. Each proposal must give an individual bid price for each service or item requested. If the contractor proposes to change or increase the price during the contract term, the proposal must state the method for determining and calculating such increases. The County reserves the right to waive irregularities, to award the contract based on cost, technical evaluations, reliability, safety record, environmental protection, financial condition, and references. Proposals must be submitted to the designated office at the stated address. No conditional proposals will be considered.
