Renovation of an educational facility in New Albany, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Question Deadline 12/15/2025 Interpretation of the Bidding Documents will be given by the Owners Representative in the form of written Addenda no fewer than two (2) days before the bid opening date. A Unified Bid is requested for all work in this project, including General, Mechanical, and Electrical Construction work for the SE878D Meadow Lodge HVAC & Roof Replacement at Indiana University Southeast. Bidders must submit electronic bids via www.iuplanroom.com. All bid proposals must comply fully with the Bidding Documents on file with the Owner. Each bid must include a completed Minority, Women's and Veteran's Business Enterprise Participation Plan, a bid security for 5% of the total bid, and the contractor's written drug testing program. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive irregularities in bidding. Bids that do not provide the required documentation may be considered incomplete. The Base Bid may be held for up to sixty days and Alternate Bids for up to ninety days before award and incorporation into the contract. Should a successful Bidder withdraw or fail to execute a satisfactory Contract within 10 days after acceptance, the Owner may declare the Bid Security forfeited as liquidated damages.
