Renovation of an educational facility in New Albany, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Qualified bidders may submit bids for the Scribner Middle School Boiler & WH Replacement project. The project consists of the replacement of boilers. Bids will be received for a prime contract covering all trades. Bidders must submit sealed lump sum bids and include bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. Bidders must be properly licensed and able to obtain required insurance and bonds. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to the owner will be required of the successful bidder. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
