Renovation of an educational facility in New Albany, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Qualified bidders may submit bids for the Scribner Middle School Fire Alarm Replacement project at 910 Old Vincennes Rd, New Albany, IN. The project consists of replacement of boilers. Bids will be received for a Prime Contract (all trades). Submit bids according to the Instructions to Bidders. Bids must be sealed, lump sum, and accompanied by bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. Bidders must be properly licensed for their respective trades and able to obtain insurance and bonds as required. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to the Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Project Description: Project consists of replacement of boilers.
