Scope of Services City-wide Window Washing and Solar Panel Cleaning Services The City of Corona Community Services Department (CSD) requires the services of a cleaning company to assist with city-wide window and solar panel cleaning services, including but not limited to: 1. Window Cleaning Services - Perform window cleaning at various facilities as directed by the City of Corona, including but not limited to: • Multiple story buildings • Interior and exterior • Soft water, spot free services - Note: Contractors may be required to furnish material, equipment, and supplies. Qualifications - Contractors shall have been in the same business as the same entity for a minimum of two years and must possess all valid and applicable licenses for work to be performed prior to contract award. Work Hours / Response Time - Work shall typically be performed between the hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Thursday. - Some public facilities may require work to be performed after normal business hours. - Contractors providing services (not just materials) shall be available to respond to city requests for service 24 hours per day, seven days per week, with the following response times: • Response to non-emergency work requests shall be within 2 business days. Instructions to bidders include the submission of required response files (Cost File, Response File, Non-collusion Declaration, Acknowledgement of Terms and Conditions, Acknowledgement of Insurance Requirement, Contractor’s Statement of Past Contract Disqualification, Contractor’s Safety Record, Vendor Performance Evaluation and Acknowledgement Form, Contractor Information Form, Contractor’s Certificate Regarding Workers Comp, Experience Statement, Fleet Compliance, and RFP Acknowledgement Form).
