Demolition and site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Walterboro, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Demolition, removal, and proper disposal of the existing pressure-treated wood boardwalk. Installation and maintenance of erosion control measures throughout construction. Construction of a replacement Permatrak boardwalk using drilled metal piers and precast concrete members. Construction of four precast metal bridges with concrete decking. Construction of miscellaneous items such as bollards, retaining wall, and other appurtenances to the boardwalk construction. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents will be the responsibility of the Bidder. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is strongly encouraged but not required.
