Site work for a water / sewer project in Williamsburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Lift Station 6-2 is currently experiencing operational challenges due to growth and increased pressure on the HRSD force main. As a result, sewer overflows have become a recurring issue that requires immediate attention. To address these concerns, JCSA is proposing specific upgrades to the lift station, aimed at mitigating existing problems and improving overall performance. The proposed improvements also include structural rehabilitation of the station building to ensure long-term reliability. It is the responsibility of each Bidder before submitting a Bid Bid Bond 5% All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the Blank Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process. All questions pertaining to this project should be directed to Christopher Roh, Purchasing Specialist II or Purchasing no later than 12:00 P.M., on Monday, October 27, 2025, in writing via e-mail to: Chris.Roh@jamescitycountyva.gov. An Addendum will be issued by James City County Purchasing.
