Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a 239,635-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
New construction includes a complete new high school facility constructed at the west corner of the site, a new stadium facility, a field house, and site development to support these new facilities and the existing Goldsmith Elementary. Associated with this work will be the demolition of the existing high school and its outbuildings, protection of and minor improvements to the existing softball and baseball facilities, the redevelopment of the existing stadium for use as a practice field, and remedial work at the existing kitchen and central plant so that they may continue to serve Goldsmith Elementary. Main school building - 226,396 square feet Headhouse building - 1,147 square feet Barn - 2,021 square feet Field House - 7,671 square feet Concessions - 2,400 square feet Question Deadline 10/20/2025 Addendum #1-#4 have been issued as of 10-16-2025.
