Louisville Water Company is requesting bids for the demolition of a 10-million gallon flat bottom ground supported tank at North English Station. Sealed bids will be accepted for this work, and the Small Business Equity (SBE) Program Preference and Local Preference Program apply. Bid documents, except the Bid Table, may be obtained by prequalified contractors from a specified location, and bids will only be accepted from those who are pre-qualified in the category of Demolition or Water Tank Demolition. Bids are to be submitted digitally through a designated web portal. Bids received by the deadline will be unsealed and read electronically in a public forum. Prequalified Minority/Women Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit bids, and no discrimination will be made on several outlined grounds. The Company reserves the right to reject or waive defects in bids as it deems in its best interest. Pre-qualification requirements: Bidders must be pre-qualified by Louisville Water Company in the categories of Demolition or Water Tank Demolition before submitting a bid. *The value for this project is based on a financial range of $100,001 - $250,000. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
