East Jordan Public Schools seeks bids to replace the current metal visitor bleachers at Boswell Stadium football field. The project includes the installation of new bleachers and the disassembly of the current ones. The new bleachers must sit on a concrete pad approximately 90 feet by 34 feet, have 10 rows, an overall length of approximately 33 feet, and an approximate seating capacity of 184. Specifications include an understructure with 8-inch rise by 24-inch run, an elevated front walkway 54 inches wide and 32 inches above grade with stairs at each end, chain-link guardrail system, vertical aisle, double footboards (2 x 10 feet), full risers, ADA compliance, compliance with current safety requirements, and a warranty. Proposals must indicate estimated delivery dates, and include all costs such as shipping, installation, and disassembly. Any deviation from the listed specifications must be noted in the bid response.
