Renovation of a medical facility in East Jordan, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade medical facility.
Grandvue Medical Care Facility is accepting sealed bids for the Domestic Hot Water Improvements Project. Construction documents will be available through the Traverse City Builders Exchange and Grand Rapids Builders Exchange. Bidders are to contact Synergy Consulting Engineers for a private bid access code for the posting on the Traverse City Builders Exchange. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Facility with a tour to follow. Bids will not be accepted after the specified deadline and must be marked as a sealed bid for this Project. All bids need to be accompanied by a bid bond or security of not less than 5% of the bid amount, effective for a minimum of 30 days after the bid opening date. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, labor, and material bonds equal to 100% of the contract amount. Bids will be evaluated based on the requirements in the requests for bids, including inspection, testing, quality, workmanship, delivery, and suitability for the intended purpose. Grandvue Medical Care Facility reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities, and make the final determination regarding the best low qualified bid.
