Site work for a water / sewer project in Beaverton, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes the construction of approximately 10,000' of watermain (includes bid alternates), ranging from 8" to 14" in diameter, along with associated water services. A portion of the watermain will be horizontally drilled HDPE pipe under Ross Lake along Porter Street. The project also includes new hydrants, valves, connections to existing watermain, capping of existing watermain, system-wide meter replacements and all subsequent restoration (asphalt, concrete, gravel, grass, etc.) are part of this project. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The City of Beaverton reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Beaverton. Question Deadline 10/16/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
