Removal and replacement of the existing standby generator at the Department of Public Works, including furnishing and installing two new natural gas generators along with associated components. Electrical DCAMM Certification required. Each general bid must be accompanied by a copy of a Certificate of Eligibility (DCAM CQ-1) issued by the Deputy Commissioner of the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management showing that the general bidder is a Prime Contractor and has the classification and capacity rating to perform work in the category: Electrical. Each general bid must also be accompanied by an update statement (Update Statement, DCAM CQ-3) in the form prescribed by the Deputy Commissioner. A blank copy of the update statement is available on request at the office where documents are obtained. Any general bid submitted without the appropriate certificate and update statement shall be invalid. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
