water and wastewater treatment chemicals, including Sodium Chloride (Water Treatment, Bid Item 2025-300-01), Sodium Fluoride (Water Treatment, Bid Item 2025-300-02), Chlorine Gas (Water Treatment, Bid Item 2025-300-03), Polyaluminium Chloride [PAC] (Wastewater Treatment, Bid Item 2025-400-01), Liquid Polymer (Wastewater Treatment, Bid Item 2025-400- 02), 12.5% Sodium Hypochlorite (Wastewater Treatment, Bid Item 2025-400-03), 38% Sodium Bisulfite (Wastewater Treatment, Bid Item 2025-400-04), and Biologic Additive (Wastewater Treatment, Bid Item 2025-400-05). The Village and Bath Electric, Gas and Water Systems intend to award bids to the overall lowest responsive, responsible bidder(s), as determined by and in the best interest of the Village of Bath and Bath Electric, Gas and Water Systems. The Village of Bath and Bath Electric, Gas and Water Systems are exempt from the payment of sales and compensating use taxes of the State of New York and of cities and counties on all materials, equipment, and supplies sold to the Village of Bath and Bath Electric, Gas and Water Systems.
