Project WTR2022-DR17FR20 Project Information A. Location and Description. The Project is located at 630 Chaparral Circle, Napa, CA 94558 and is described as follows: Installation of approximately 6,200 feet of 16-inch Steel Raw Water Pipeline on a narrow canyon trail from the Milliken Diversion Dam to the Milliken Water Treatment Plant, approximately 3,500 feet of which will be buried, and 2,700 feet of which will be above ground with a shield cover. B. Time for Final Completion. The Project must be fully completed within 156 working days from the start date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. City anticipates that the Work will begin on or about March 2, 2026, but the anticipated start date is provided solely for convenience and is neither certain nor binding. Question Deadline 11/06/2025 at 5:00 PM PT Questions or requests for clarifications regarding the Project, the bid procedures, or any of the Contract Documents must be submitted electronically, in writing, via OpenGov C. Estimated Cost. The estimated construction cost is $5,000,000 The work generally consists of installation of 6,200 linear feet of 16-inch raw water steel pipeline-about half below ground-on a narrow canyon trail.
