Crite Park Improvements Phase 3 Phase 3 proposes to complete construction of the Crite Park Plaza by implementing site improvements that include the installation of pergola covers, site irrigation, fencing, plantings, and trees. install metal pergola shade panels as shown on the plans. Install high steel picket fencing and/or garden rail where shown and/or as directed. Install site irrigation and connect to landscaping beds and planters as shown on plans. Install plantings and trees as shown and/or as directed. This work shall conform to the accompanying Special Provisions and Additional Special Provisions; Contract Drawings; the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (formerly Massachusetts Highway Department) 2023 edition of the Standard Specifications of Highways and Bridges, Divisions II and III with supplements; the Boston Public Works Department Standards, Boston Transportation Department Standards, and Boston Water and Sewer Commission Standards, where applicable. Requirements and covenants as set forth herein.
