Sealed proposals are requested for the Just 4 Developmental Laboratory Roof Replacement at the Mobile County Public School System Facilities Office, Building F, 1 Magnum Pass, Mobile, Alabama. All bids must include a cashier's check or bid bond payable to the Board of School Commissioners of Mobile County in an amount not less than five percent of the bid, with a maximum limit of $10,000. Performance and payment bonds and evidence of insurance, as detailed in the bid documents, will be required upon contract signing.
