The purpose of this contract is for preventative maintenance in the Light Mechanical category, which includes the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems such as HVAC and plumbing systems, boiler and chiller maintenance and inspections. The scope of work involves VRF Safety, Annual Serviceability Scopes of Work related to indoor/outdoor VRF Units, Branch Boxes, overall HVAC systems, Boiler Safety, Serviceability Inspections, and Hydronics. The contract is for one year and may be renewed for four additional years at the agency's option. Each project under the contract is limited to a maximum of $200,000. Bids may be hand-carried or mailed. Facsimile proposals will not be accepted. Bid bonds of 5% of the total bid are required. A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required prior to contract award. There will be no pre-Bid walk through.
