The City of Fairview Heights, IL will receive sealed bids for Concrete, Masonry, Steel, General Trades/Carpentry, Sheet Metal/Metal Panels/Roofing, Aluminum Storefront, Metal Studs/Drywall/ACT, Resilient Flooring/ Tile/ Sports Flooring, Painting, Fire Sprinklers, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Earthwork/Site Utilities/Landscaping, and Asphalt Paving, for the REC Complex Expansion and Pleasant Ridge Park Renovations. A Bid Security is required in the amount of five (5%) percent of Proposal, made payable unconditionally to the Owner. Security shall be either by certified check, cashier's check or bid bond issued by surety licensed to conduct business in the State of Illinois.
