The project involves Earthwork, Site Utilities, and Landscaping for both the REC Complex Expansion and Pleasant Ridge Park Renovations. Sealed bids are required, and a bid security in the amount of five (5%) percent of the proposal must be provided. The security can be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or a bid bond issued by a surety licensed in the State of Illinois.
