Renovation of an educational facility in Tiptonville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,132-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
Scope of Work Construction of classroom, restroom and entry area as shown on Architects’ drawings. New concrete sidewalk at new exterior doorway as shown on Architects drawings. Removal of existing VCT flooring and install new VCT flooring and cove base. Repair of damage in exterior wall by termites. Renovate mechanical, plumbing and electrical as shown on drawings. Furnish and install new commercial kitchen hood. Rework FRP panels in Kitchen and Washroom areas. Rework, install ceiling grid and tile as shown in drawings. Install new epoxy floor coating in Kitchen and Washroom areas. The Bid Control Number for this project is LK25, please include this number on all correspondence. Bidders are required to comply with the following: • General Liability Insurance required • Workers' Compensation Insurance required • The Copeland “Anti-Kickback’ Act • Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act • Byrd Anti-Lobbying Amendment • Davis-Bacon Act (wage determination)
