Site work and paving for a civil project in Stuartburn, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Reference Number 0000304048 Supply and install twelve (12) precast concrete culverts by jacking, and three (3) precast concrete culverts by trenching (open cut) through Provincial Road (PR) 201, PR 209, and Main Street (Vita) at various locations, from Provincial Trunk Highway 59 to PR 302, for a total construction distance of 20.5km, in the Rural Municipalities of Emerson-Franklin and Stuartburn. Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages The Work Must Be Completed by No Later Than March 13, 2026. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for All in-water Work is April 1st to June 15th.
