Shop Size 40' x 60' Heated cement flooring Insulation of walls and ceiling (strapped) There is a need for some roof repair 12 ft overhead door - currently a sliding 'barn style' door but would like Commercial sectional style overhead door, 3-inch track and hardware, continuous angle mount heavy duty electric lift, top and bottom weather seals and emergency heavy duty chain hoist, spreader bar, three button station and photo eyes. Requires potential upgrade to electrical with moving the panel closer to the meter - would like it all inside Interior walls - metal on the top with wood on the bottom Work bench and storage/shelving.
