Reference Number 0000257776 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/10/20 04:00:00 PM CDT The RM of Armstrong is Located approximately 56 kilometers (35 miles) north of the City of Winnipeg and covers more than 917 square kilometers (570 square miles). The Municipality maintains approximately 953 kilometers. (606 miles) of roads throughout varying terrain. RM of Armstrong Office 1094 Hwy 17 Inwood Manitoba Roc 1P0 The contractor shall provide the equipment and labor to perform winter maintenance operations in the Rural Municipality of Armstrong during the 2023/24 winter season Starting Nov 1st, 2023-ending April 30ths, 2024. The Contractor shall at its own expense, at all times during the term of this Contract and for a reasonable period, thereafter, maintain third party liability insurance providing coverage for all activities of the Contractor pursuant to this Contract. The insurance referred to herein must be satisfactory to the RM and placed with an insurance company approved by the Municipality, acting reasonably. In no event shall the limits of such insurance be less than FIVE MILLION ($5,000,000.00) DOLLARS inclusive per occurrence for bodily injury to any one or more persons or property damage or such higher limits as the RM, acting reasonably, shall require from time to time. The Contractor shall, at its own expense include a copy with its bid submission prior to the tender closing date.
