Renovation of a residential development in Inwood, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing & Renewal Corporation to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a Shingle Roof Replacement as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work"). CPPD is administering this RFP process. For the purposes of this procurement process, the "RFP Contact" will be: Contract Administrator: El Dela Cruz Email: cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca Deadline for questions July 14, 2022 at 4:00 PM, CDT. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
