**As of December 8th, 2025, the project was awarded to Weldon Builders and Construction, with an awarded amount of $937,235.27** QA date :- 10/23/2025 at 12pm The project includes replacement of the existing stone masonry foundation of the home and a remedy for related drainage and moisture problems. The project includes stabilization/repair of the first-floor wood framing of the structure and installation of a new historically compatible foundation. The new foundation will be constructed by lifting the home off the existing foundation followed by demolition of the existing foundation and construction of a new full basement foundation then lowering the home and attaching it to the new foundation. Additional work includes repair and replacing of adjacent root cellar, cistern and brick paver sidwalks. MBE/WBE/SDVE Goals: MBE 0%, WBE 0%, and SDVE 3%.
