QA date add as per Adda 1 The new Forsyth location for the Taney County Health Department consists of approximately 2,200 sf renovation of an existing wood-framed building for a new health department facility. Project includes new plumbing facilities, new finishes, and new generator power. All bidders must provide a sworn affidavit affirming participation in a federal work authorization program and stating that the bidder does not knowingly employ any person who is not authorized to work in the U.S. The contractor must comply with current Prevailing Wage laws and other statutory regulations as referred to in the specifications. This project is tax exempt. Each bid shall include a five percent (5%) bid security in the form of a bid bond executed by the bidder and an approved Surety Company. Substantial Completion: All work for this project shall be substantially complete by September 11, 2026.
