Site work for a water / sewer project in Marion, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The Town of Huntertown is proposing water main improvements in the following locations: (1) 1,465 linear feet of 12-inch water main on Hathaway Road, from Bethel Road to Carroll Middle School; (2) 1,053 linear feet of 12-inch water main at the Lima-Plank Development, from Southyard Court, south to an existing water main. This work will include removal and replacement of existing pavement, installation of water main by open cut, installation of lateral service connections, and site restoration. All qualified contractors are invited to bid the work. Bids must be submitted in an opaque sealed envelope marked with the project title and include the name and address of the bidder. Bids shall be accompanied by a bidder's bond or certified check equal to 5% of the bid amount. Only complete bids with all required materials will be considered. The Town of Huntertown reserves the right to reject all bids, waive defects, and amend the project's scope. Question Deadline 10/17/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered.
