Plans call to design custom interior space for a 24,000-square-foot facility in Houston, Texas that houses professional and executive MBA programs. The Business School is utilizing space at CityCentre, a mixed-use, urban-style, development situated on 37 acres. The interior of the space boasts high-end finishes and collaborative workspace that accommodates both students and professionals. The facility also includes two classrooms, two-tiered seating lecture halls, eleven conference rooms, a board room, staff offices and workroom, and a student lounge with accompanying break room. The Mays Business School at CityCentre was custom designed to be the ideal environment for executive learning with input from a team of faculty, staff, and students. Other Plans calls for the 120,000 sf CityCentre Three Office Building where the Texas A&M University’s Mays School of Business resides. This building is a part of the City Centre mixed use complex. As of October 27, 2025, the project is included in the fy 2027 Capital Plan. A Construction Manager at Risk RFQ Posting is scheduled for FY 2027.
