Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Gainsborough, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Tenders for the boiler and boiler room floor replacement of Evergreen Lodge, 1-6 Peters Street in Gainsborough SK. Description of the Work: Replacement of floor joists in the mechanical room and removal and replacement of the building's two existing boilers and related work. Tenders $100,000 and over must be accompanied by an electronic copy of a Certified Cheque (front and back), an Irrevocable Letter of Credit or a Bid Bond and 'Consent of Surety' in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the tender. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. Evidence of competency shall be provided if requested. These reservations shall apply equally to subcontractors. Documents are available at www.sasktenders.ca
